Return Policy

1. We have a 30 Day exchange or refund for all shoesneat purchases. Exchanges will be accepted only in the case of manufacturing defect or dispatch of incorrect item. The product should then be couriered back to shoesneat within 30 days of receipt of the same. The items must be in its original unused condition to be exchanged. The garment should also be sent back in the original packaging with the bills and tags intact.

2. Note: It is not possible to return the address on the package without authorization, because that is not the address of our warehouse. If we do not receive the returned package, we will reject your return request.


HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

If you check that there is a fault with an item or wrong item you have received, please contact us get the return approval and return address within 30 days from receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.

Return request:

1. Returned items must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.

2. Returned items must be unused, in the same condition that we sent it to you, and in their original packaging. Stains, folded cards, broken seals/ plastic foiling broken will not be accepted.

3. If the condition of the product shipped back to us is not in acceptable condition we reserve the right to not refund or exchange.

4. Non-returnable items include damaged products through customer mishandling.

5. The returned courier recommends using an agent who can check the whereabouts of the package

About return freight:


If it is a replacement product, the shipping fee shall be borne by the seller. The shipping cost of the returned package shall be borne by the buyer.

WHEN I CAN RECEIVE MY REFUND?

1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
